Stay away rentals.
Tried them and they where terrible! It is worth a few extra bucks specifically with Alizes Car Rental (not recommendations for a different rental agency).
Stay away from Tropical car rental.

You book your reservation online and when you pick up the car then they charge the actual fee of the rental....
That is what we do and never get the rental insurance.
Your personal car insurance should be fine if it covers rental cars.

Drupal has an amazing, and large developer base and you can almost always hack together something close to what you want, and then with a little elbow grease you can push it... .
