Hi guys have a philips plasma tv. tv had no picture after some checks the tv had a blown top buffer and y-sus.
i repaired the y-sus and replaced both upper and lower buffers.
the tv now powers up with a scrambled colored blotchy picture?

I have had a plasma TV for less than 6 months, we recently discovered that the bezel was cracking away from the screen. We have the what ever happens cover so phoned them up and arranged for it to be repaired.
It just returned today, with no work being...

I just picked up a Macintosh TV. It doesn't power on. When I plug it in and turn on the mains in the back, I hear a short buzz/chirp.
It doesn't turn on by pressing the power button on the keyboard. To rule out the obvious, I tried the keyboard and mouse...

ATV 160GB, 27" i7 iMac, 15" i7 MBP, iPhone 4S I can't find a pic, but the slot that the TV tuner goes, but they would not be identical - where the CC.

I've just had my tv over a year and now they can't get the parts for my DLP so they need to replace it.. But since its being replaced and not repaired i lose my warranty. I just think thats a bunch of crap. Anyone else with similar issues.

Preferably one that will make a house call. I have an ancient 37" Sony tube TV that just started giving me problems and I would like to have it fixed, but as you know, these weigh several hundred pounds. I am sure it's something easy to fix like a board...

The tv repair place wanted $400 for a new board.
Don't know of any tv repair places these on a family members 52" samsung.
Fry the flyback transformer which is quite a bit more to replace .

I stripped the paint off of one side, It had original "Aspen Colorado TV doctor" logo's on it. Cool bus. Nice patina, YES! Show restoration worthy canidate, NO!
