I would return this TV to Sam's Club.
You can get the model numbers off other TV's & search reviews online before buying another one.
I would return it & look for another one.
Have not had that problem with a new TV.

Of the experience that you have had with regards to getting the tv repaired under your 'Whatever Happens Agreement to add that I haven't touched the TV since it was delivered back to me un-repaired.

My ma and da took there samsung tv to a place on the woodstock road, beside Gowdys a few weeks was random and of course sod's law that he had the tv for a few days but it was fine! He eventually of a TV engineer North Down, Belfast....

Just got and email from Phil saying his bank is looking to get rid of a 50" plasma TV that has no picture. It's no rear projection like I'm used to but hey I'll give it a shot!

My standby light comes on when I unplug and replug the tv (110/120 volts) or if I just push the button on the side....
You service their a/c & they service your tv much.
Or do a swap with a tv repair place.

New tv's offer very few repair options and definetely just asked who did their repair work...
If the manufacturer has a local authorized repair facility.
