Now we are using SEPM version 11.0.6, we are planning to upgrade to version 12 and also willing to change it from physical machine to VM which has more RAM and C drive space as the old one has only 50GB for C drive...

Note : Sylink replacer tool is most commonly used option because of clients you can go with Sylink replacer to restore client communication to avoid all these steps.

Some of the systems are in unmanage counts. I have push the patch but still it reflect in unmanage. So how it possible to manage it by Server.?
Can I remove and reinstall the same?

My sepm manager have 3000 clients connecting to it.. But in that some 50-100 clients are goes offline as soon as connected to the manager. After restart it's (the client) is online for some 10 - 15 mins and goes offline after that.. This is the message...
