Since I am a Kansas resident but I work in Missouri. I know come tax time I file a resident state return in Kansas and a Non-resident return in Missouri. What my question regards is should I file a W4 with both Kansas and Missouri or just Missouri?

Maybe use Solaris's psinfo under /proc ? ( solaris proc(4) docs )
Well...you can pull it from the pmap application by calling pmap -x .

Actually there is no way to force a process to stay in ram (vm are processes... .
The options are "all in RAM", "allow some swap" and "allow as much swap as needed" .
In the host settings in the VMWare Server Console there is an option that tweaks memory/swap use .
