You may need a new seatbelt later there can be another fault related to the passenger restraint system in all it would seem that u.
Of the airbag/safety system and giving you the fault mentioned in your post.

I have a 2008 528i, no problems until today, I had the windows tinted at a 3M dealer that my local dealership uses. The door panels were not removed, after the window tinting job was complete, I get an error message that the Passenger restraint system...

The fix does not disable....
I was led!!! Easy cheap fix!!!! I can't say that disabling any of the car's safety features is something I would up.

Well, we just found out that Zzulu FAILED her military dog training (yay!) and is coming home. Now I'm looking for recommendations for car restraints (I'd prefer a seat belt restraint) and crates. As always, thanks in advance for your help!

You can use just the dog car safety harness and put the seat belt of your car through the loop on the back....
Tried it once, Tilly discovered she could back out freedom to switch positions .

Richard This regulation relates to Front engined, RWD cars & is not applicable to us .
Not sure how much use it would have been though .
I had to have a steel wire around my locost prop when i was racing that .
They do if rear wheel drive.
