For those who take Resveratrol and/or Pomegranate, do you notice any side effects or adverse reactions? Andrew Lessman is offering this combo today. He gives alot of positive information, but never mentions any possible downside to his products. tia

I felt this was a better buy even though it was not on special .
My husband has done a lot of research on resveratrol and always said how pricey the product of: CoQ10, ALA, Resveratrol, EGCG, and Pomegranate.

I did do a search hoping to find some advice on this and nothing came up with specific recommendations.
I'm interested primarily in the liquid form as I take enough supplements now in pill form, but if pill form is the best, then I would go with that....

Anyone take this supplement? I've been taking 500mg ED for about 2 years now. There are so many mixed studies to not only resveratrol but supplementing any type of vitamins. Any info on this supplement?

Ehh its expensive and has low bioavailability.
CEL PCT Assist and Genomyx Albliderate Advanced are two effective ways to supplement resveratrol along with other benefits.
Section Resveratrol is nice.

As usual LEFs articles are informative if a bit promotional. I agree
that resveratrol may have additional benefits (except life-extension)

for eating sugar, to the point that I stopped I was taking resveratrol at 500 mg/day,
