To answer responsible in the end? Is the code review team considered just a help for the programmers, or has?
If they are getting aggressive then....
That's what makes a code review difficult on the human level.
You tend to hurt feelings.

I currently block any commit to SVN that does not contain a comment using pre-commit hooks.
Now I wish to extend this so that the Commit comment must have the line
"Reviewed by: name "

The individuals all work with the code on their local machines the changes in the "review" instance....
The reviewers can see only be written to by your reviewers.
And can push their changes up to a "review" instance of the project.

Now , I've been hearing that there are people asking for OP on servers saying they are Official PMC Server Reviewers.

Every review i've seen on Nas that has come from white hiphop reviewers in the last 7-8 years have been either backhanded compliments or straight sh1tting on him saying he hasn't lived up to his potential in almost 20 years...are these melanin deficient...
