After researching this porduct it is not considered safe and BPA free. Some but not all sassy toys are bpa-free. It doesnt make sense to buy BPA free bottles and not toys.

My son loves the rattles that come in this set. We haven't tried the teethers yet since he is not teething, but the material on them seem like they would help him when that time comes. The toys aren't too big for him to grab ahold of and play with.

My daughter got a gazillion hours of entertainment out of these! The smiley face/mirror was her favorite but the phone rattle & ring got a lot of action too. It is the one thing I recommend to all my expectant friends.

my bb loves these! one flaw I find is the fish piece...the two ends are made of cloth! It gets wet and doesn't dry easily after my bb salivates all over it...the others are ok...but I wash all toys before handing 'em to my kid and I noticed after washing...

These toys are wonderful. They fit little, chubby hands and keep my son's interest. He loves the bright colors and he especially loves to teeth on the fish. The butterfly stays cold for at least an hour after taking it out of the freezer. He loves both...
