You can get the same nutrients from most protein powders, but this one actually tastes good. Sometimes I think it is better than Nestlé Quik. Mixes fairly well with milk or water, just a few chunks. The Amazon subscription is a great deal.

The reviews I read before purchasing this product had me expecting an odd fake sweetener type of taste. I do not notice it. I blend the protein with 4 or 5 strawberries and about 8 oz of milk. I enjoy the taste and look forward to morning and post work...

This is a great whey product. Easily mixes with a spoon without any clumps. The taste is ok. Remember, it does not contain any artificial sweeteners or ingredients. So it will not taste "rich". But the taste is fine. Price is right as well.
