Well when you open this container up it looks and kinda smells like dirt. I add this to my smoothies and can't even tell it is there, it mixes in well and I don't taste it what so ever. But I also can't say I have noticed a difference after taking this...

Really Terrible - [07 Jan 2009]
Adds a terribble taste to everything with absolutely no benefits real or imagined.I tried forcing this stuff down for almost 3 weeks then decided I'd rather enjoy the taste of food and just exercise. Its not the miracle yet.

Just an OK product, I blend it in vanilla yogurt and it tastes nice, but I did not notice any results what-so-ever after consuming it. And it tastes like c--p when blended in plain yogurt or milk. Yikes.
