I cancelled my TIVO service 11 months ago and TIVO continued charging me and now is claiming that they will only reimburse me for up to 3 months. What a ripoff company. BEWARE!

Even though I have Comcast and the dredded box My TiVo is wonderful. I recomend it to everybody. I have 2 and can transfer shows from unit to unit.
