Sadly, I wanted this approach to work but it was more frustrating then helpful. I was turned off as soon as I read the section where the author encouraged mothers to hold their baby's mouth shut after breast feeding to stop them from wanting to suckle...

I found this book really helpful for ideas to help soothe my daughter rather than just letting her cry it out. Definitely worth reading. FYI - this book and it's methods do take time so it's not a quick fix.
