Not real happy with this. I purchased to use for our SS class and only used a couple of months and now it does not get hot. I couldn't recommend it.

So far no issues with this machine and makes yummy hot chocolate. I like the feature that it continues to stir if you haven't dispersed all the chocolate at once. Not quite as frothy as a restaurant but still delicious and perfect temperature.

Ahh, there's nothing like a hot frothy Chai Latte. Buy a container of Tazo chai liquid at your local grocery, add milk and turn on the Cocoa-Latte maker. It's almost as good as Starbucks!

Would like some guidance how burned milk is supposed to be scrubbed off the bottom of the container. Afraid to use something like a scouring pad to get the milk off, but a kitchen cloth won't touch it. Suggestions please. :)
