Pros: None at all. Cons: Makes Cable management IMPOSSIBLE! Came DOA, Won't light up. Switch Takes up a PCI Slot, really hard to install Switch. One of the pins kept on falling off from the molex cables. Velcro is terrible. Other Thoughts: Dont buy this...
