Pros: Cool, Quiet, and very Power Efficient. Cons: comes with a LOT of connectible wires - but if this is something that will bother you, you should look at the Modular versions.

Pros: Great PSU, reliable, efficient, quiet. I always reccomend them. Cons: After about 2.5 years the fan failed. Instead of RMAing I opened it up and lubed up the fan, runs great again. Careful not to shock oneself. Warrenty voided, but who cares :D ...
