I expected good product and it was great experience. We moved heavy refrigerator one floor up on narrow stairs where you can't use dolly. It was tough but it helped a lot.

I've used the Shoulder Dolly to move a couple different heavy items and it works as advertised. You have to get low to the ground, cinch up the belt, and then just stand up and the item lifts with you. Then you have your hands free to stabalize the item...
