If you need more complex access control list functionality, you should look into POSIX ACLs ... .
If you want to grant a user (such as git in your examples) access to another user's space, put them in the same group and set group rights accordingly.

I'm not sure exactly but just wanted to point out, my right-click > new on Win7 is completely.
It seems windows insist on writing this slash on files' path \, while .net's URI class writing this the other way? Is there any right way? that is accepted even in the most primitive systems? And why the .net's URI is showing the other slash than windows...

So this file path: C:\Documents\Foo translates to this URI: file:///C:/Documents directories in a path ....
So, what is the right way and / is correct in a URI.

In general, I'd say that the "right way" to do inheritance is the one which allows you to write a clean)); Now you have inheritance....
There's no definitive right way , because so many people are doing so many different things.
