I love a black angus tip roast when making hot beefs...
It has more fat and when cooked for a long time will be fall apart, flavorful, delicious .
For pot roast, crock pot or oven, you want chuck roast.

If you use light roast with fine grind, or dark roast with coarse grind? is it still espresso?

Compare "drip" coffee.
Pretty much means a quick, pressed cup of coffee.

When I was in, we had this often and in many forms. Roast beef, yankee pot roast, open roast beef sandwiches, it was rumored to be incorporated in the cookies. What meals did you seem to get in abundance?

I called it roast had this often and in many forms.
I thought the quality of the food was OK, but we just had roast beef all the time and meat sauce seemed to be the two choices that were served more often than not.

We don't always have a roast - sometimes we'll have a casserole.

I've had problems when I've had a cheese omelette and chips - I forget that the cheese (lots of it!) slows the digestion and so I often hit the peak of my insulin before the food has really got going! :rolleyes: Your meal sounds better than my omelette... .
