When looking at Elizabeth's turkey she did recently and she posted it under this thread about roasting temp and i push everything ....
I can't think of a better way to cook non-thanksgiving turkey.
Greg, the turkey looks great.
Which would you choose? Just had our meal tasting and both were nice but the beef was nicer but im wondering is that my choice, what do you think? I would like to suit my guests

We orig had picked turkey and ham! Was a little shocked by that as i love....
Its suits most peoples taste.
Mains:- Meat Option:- main course ie Turkey and Ham or Roast Sirloin of Beef I think Fish but I'd pick beef +1 for beef..

I use a 250F oven.
I don't tie my roast, or sear it.
Don't use butter.
Also if you don't have dripping, use lard.
