Meat Option:- main course ie Turkey and Ham or Roast Sirloin of Beef I think
Fish but I'd pick beef +1 for beef..

In about an hour will put 2 elk roast, 2 deer roast, and one Tom turkey titty on the smoker. I made a rub last night and have them rubbed down. Anyone have any secret to share about smoking.

Ok so I was at the grocery store and was going to buy some lunch meat but then decided to buy a boneless turkey roast cook it and use that for sandwiches. I was thinking i could put them in baggies freeze and take out as needed.
