I can't see any rogue haste boost, and it stacks to be sitting at 20 for a while Diplomacy....

I'm coming back to the game after a long absence, and getting close to TR and am trying to weigh my options. One of them is to TR into a Rogue build (I already have a Rad 2 rapier, and a bunch of other Greensteel rapiers to go with it).

Are you the kind of person are majority rogue and can't do....
I don't know ways to do that depending on what you want your rogue to do at end game.
I'm on Khyber, fwiw.
I've never had a problem getting into raids or epics on my rogue.

Ok... So Im planning to test out STR rogue.
With focus on slashing weapons.
On trash eMG + rad2 kukri.
Now... please help me decide whats better on boss as a rogue:
507 base hp + khopeshes for its better dmg and x3 crits but less chances OR 527 hp + kukris...

My Rogue does this and the other kukri and fortification by 8%.
But still need a standard DR breaking beater for some epic bosses Are you a pure rogue?
I'd, he should just use a Kukri in his toon's other hand as well.

On a new rogue, you assuming you take those six....
Power attack is a huge benefit to the dps on a melee class .
Second, weapon on a feat starved class.
Options for a piercing specced rogue, meaning you likely won't be using this feat anyways.

Head : Pirate Hat, Disable +10, Sneak Attack +5
Neck : Golden Guile, Dusk, Bluff/Diplo + 15, Improved Deception
Trinket : Greater Nimble, 20% Blurry, +1 to hit, +1 dodge
Cloak : Protection +5
Belt : Health +6
Ring(1) : Ogre Power...

I am not sure how many of you have heard of Cyber Security (no link, a rogue anti-spyware doesn't deserve a link). Basically, it's a virus and a rogue masquerading as anti-spyware. You can read about how it forces users to BUY the software on the internet...

It posed as anti-virus, anti-spyware, all the time popping up fake warnings and asking for credit-card details so you could buy virus removal software .
My daughter (age 15) had something very similar called 'Security Tool' on her PC .

I know those 2 dont stack, but....which is stronger?
for example:
a half elf / rogue 1 / barbarian 14
Will this toon have only 1d6 sneak attack because of the 1 lvl rogue...or will it have 3d6 because of rouge dilly?

Currently, you can also get a static bonus through Rogue Rogue level would give you 1d6+3 (Average 6.5) with one 1 AP enhancement and no Rogue Dilettante.
So 1d6 at 1, 2d6 at 3 and 3d6 at 5 .

There is a Windows XP machine whose CPU usage is continuously at 100%.
When watching processes in the Task Manager (sorted by CPU usage), the percentage does not add up to a 100%.

In theory, I would imagine that the percentages aren't perfect, and are rounded either up or down to the nearest percent .
It's like a super-powered Task manager.
Usually, for process management, I use Process Explorer.
