One way to do this in an indirect way is by using OpenDNS .
For blocking P2P, look into Tomato's Access Restriction .

By default, in a Tomato Router, the default GUI username is "admin" or "root" (username is required), ssh and telnet username is always "root", and the default password is "admin". ChaCha!
