Hey guys,
When I open my Roxio Game Capure the video is working fine, but when I got to select the audio input there is no Roxio device to select. This forces me to use my 'Line In' for audio which causes some problems when...

Hi, when i double click in the roxio icon on the desktop, nothing happens and the program does not open, how can i fix this??

If you don't -have- to use Roxio, try imgburn - I use it, it's free, simple, and works well.

There is no hardware that comes with the program where you posted .

We run Windows XP SP3 and have been running Roxio 7.2 for the past couple of years. We have begun to roll out Roxio Creator Business 10 on Windows XP SP3 and have had a few problems. CDs that were created using Roxio 7....

For some reason lately, when I start Roxio , the Roxio Update Manager starts and tries to update UM.MSI.
I pointed the path to the path of the DVD, but it says it's not a valid installation package.
I have to keep hitting...

In your User>Library>Preferences folder trash the com.roxio.crunch.plist and the Crunch Preferences files if they are present and relaunch Crunch .
