Is really a specialised subset of Product Rules; focusing more on generic event generation and event handling.
I'm trying to locate an open source business rules engine that has a decent interface for building the rules. OR at least one that works well on the .Net platform and has been updated sometime in the past 12 months. Thanks,

The first rule that matches the traffic would as the client is concerned....
If you have a rule permitting inbound access rules have an order of processing - like top to bottom.
Inbound and outbound rules are mutually exclusive.
