Simh use standard vectors and csr, so you should let SYSGEN use: console
YZA: DZ 8 lines multiplexor/telnet
DLA: four MSCP drives

serial port, you should not add SYSGEN_CONSOLE, the SYSGEN_CONSOLE
will look the gdi component.
2. For my experience, the default the cmd.exe have some issue to run
