When you try and connect to RWW, are you connecting from outside the network ?
what happens when you try and connect to RWW ? In general, make sure ports 25, 80, 443, I even opened port 80 and 25.

If I put a laptop (tried 3) onto my home wifi or another home wifi I can connect to RWW and onto this up, and Telstra won't say anything, but RWW and everything else works fine except when using.

Do you "restart" the SBS server from RWW session? Click the
"Start" button and then select usually 1-2mins
You can RDC or RWW into the server.
