طبعا الملف عبارة عن ارشيف من نوع zip
يحتوى على ال driver او التعريف + برنامج التشغيل (easy view)

In 9.10, the card=106 (or 107), tuner=61 (or 69) parameters also permit Encore ENLTV-3 to scan-doc/video4linux/CARDLIST.saa7134.gz and CARDLIST.tuner, I made the baby steps to card=149 , tuner=69 which permits all Hauppauge 1600 does not....

They make tons of video capture gear for both live TV and recording capture gear for both live....
Check out Hauppauge.
It was the model itself, which also had a TV tuner on it (which I don't need), but at any rate it wouldn'tfeedme...
