Netflix has just launched in the UK and was widely publicised as being available on Samsung Smart TVs.
I have just purchased a SAMSUNG UE40D5520 and spoke to the Netflix customer support. It would appear that Samsung have not approved the Netflix app ...

Ive owned two samsung TVs, last one broke but after 5 after or before it breaks.
Samsung posted Q3, Q4 losses is because of selling top quality products.
Technology with LG, and see OLED as a bigger cash pot then smart phones .

Very disappointed in this player. It is basically just a DVD player. It can't play newer Blu-Ray discs. My daughter received Despicable Me combo pack for Xmas. Could only play the DVD not the Blu-Ray. The Blu-Ray just hung while loading. The improvement...

Although Samsung says it still supports 2009 products in 2011, the fact that this 2010 Blu-Ray disc still won't play is proof they don....
I recommend contacting the Samsung customer service center.
Or the unit itself may require service.

This bug appears to be not only unfixed but I've encountered it on other non-Samsung things.
It's noted in the CNET Networking Forum where Samsung and other devices won't save passwords.
