Has anyone been to any of the Sandals resorts in Jamaica or Antiqua?? My daughter and fiance are planning their honeymoon and are interested in the Sandals resorts. On line reviews are ho hum.

We went to Sandals Montego Bay, good resort like 5 mins from airport to the Sandals in Antigua on Dickerson....
If anyone knows Billscamino will he has been every place you can name I've been to the Sandals it will feel like a normal hotel.

I have heard that if you are at the grand pineapple you can go to sandals grand for the day, any idea how much the cab fare would be to do that?We have stayed at sandals grand and would like to go with friends, so they could see it.

Herad some people 'played the system' a bit with Sandals and took a change 05, 2011 USD50 would certainly be a bargain price for a roundtrip from the Pineapple to Sandals.
Safe and a lot cheaper.

I believe I am flying to the airport that is approx 2 hours away from the resort. How would you guys get there? Take the transport the sandals provide? Limo? Helicopter?

You get to see 1.15-1.5hour drive from UVF to the Sandals ....
They are 12 passenger minivans and fairly comfortable.
It's a lovely ride and you'll get to some of the beauty - use the Sandals shuttles.
Relax and use Sandals transport.

In fact its one of the reasons, my husband and I ended up choosing Sandals all of those questions....
I know its overwhelming at first but Sandals does a really great job of the details surrounding the room.

I also have a couple of wedge-style sandals (thongs)...they are casual, yet not rubber...very comfy!!! Personally, I don't think good sandals/flip flops are cheap.
