This case caught my eye because of this forum discussion this forum discussion . It seemed so sad that not only was the Sheriff's Office unaware of her case and had to be sent her missing poster, but people in her own town did not know she was missing...

I am having problems connecting to sc_trans via v1, but my debug shows the refusal by the sc_trans or the calendar.xml to allow connection. Not sure which. Everything is set as it should be as far as I can see, but perhaps you can spot something I am ...

What configuration file are you using to run sc_trans? since if should be sc_trans_dj.conf question no I am not using sc_trans_dj.conf to run sc_trans.

I am using sc command to query status of a service running on computer PRODSRV from two computers. It works fine from one, but fails from another. What do I do wrong?

Edit: Before you run the SC, do the following:
NET USE \\PRODSRV\IPC$ /USER:<username you logon to PRODSRV.
With doing a "NET USE" to PRODSRV before you run the SC command and be home-free...
