You can reduce it by doing as Chris suggested.
There is no way to control what referrer people send to you .
As an answer I am afraid you can't.

The aim of these emails is to try and scare you into buying... .
I would think that they'd offer to return the registration to you or extract compensation for an up-front fee and then you'd never hear from them again .
I think you're adopting the best approach.

How do i report scams? I've gotten three e-mails from different property inquires within two days. They all seem like scams. How can i report these people? Two of these listings were on Turlia.com. One listing was on Zillow.com. I will list them below...

I've had these scammers attempting....
The only effective way is to closely monitor who is signing up and what they do - including checking IP numbers against the city/country they claim to be in .
Just enable credits to send messages, Scammers will never pay .

This scam is still being used on gumtree ive just' as an entity have no idea of the scale of the problem.
Isn't coming over with cash - find another seller.
