I live in a schengen area,can I go and live in other schengen area countries without visa? I live in Malta and I wonder if I could go and live in other schengen areas who are not part of the eu eg.Norway....I still need to get a degree.

Schengen referes to border controls and does not automatically grant right of work and residence in other....
As you know the Schengen single border area and the EU Schengen nations outside of the EU.

In case IO in other schengen country will question then you can tell enter Schengen whereever....

The 4EUFam also grants entry to Portugal, however this is less known .
A valid Schengen-residence-permit (Germany), as such entry should have been very easy.
