At least it says health sciences sciences at this age.
Then, it says would be sufficient to be in upper management in a hospital .
I just graduated with a AAS, and the bachelor's actually says BS in health sciences.

My sat scores are: Math:680 Writing:700 Reading:750. My gpa is a 4.0 and i take all ap's and honors and have very good extracurricular and sports. I know my scores may be a little low but I wanted to know how my chances looked for cornell arts and sciences...

1430 is OK but the 680 math is problematic, I'd suggest that you take the ACT, where only total score is considered .
