Like you, I've heard that bracing the congenital scoliosis and the syrinx....
But, if they don't find it until the child is older, it seems like they don't condition - like children who develop scoliosis as infants.

some physical therapy/exercises with a chiropractor who specializes in scoliosis treatment and they shaved down some of the padding in that general area and did not seem too concerned over it.
