Why's the Secret Service using the 5.7X28 P90
Doing a little leisure reading on the Secret Service, I find the P90 figures prominently in photos of the emergency response team. There's been plenty of debate about the 5.7X28 on these boards. Anyone know anything about the Secret Service's decision...

Active Q&A Threads
How would the Secret Service protect the President on Answerbag?
I imagine a crew of the best of the best, like a hybrid between staff, CLs, and jet-packing, COAT-wearing ninjas who sailed pirate ships. They'd have nuclear rating power, and would be able to round up whatever trolls were left when the smoke cleared and throw them into the PB for a life term!

Secret Service strained to protect president?
So you're telling me that USSS agents all perform both counterfeiting and bodyguard missions? It seems like a massive waste of time and resources to train people for both missions.

Should I report this to the Secret Service?
Under state criminal codes, which vary by state, it is an offense to knowingly utter or convey a threat to cause death or bodily harm to any person. It is also an offense to threaten to burn, destroy or damage property or threaten to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that belongs to a person.
Sure, what the fuck go ahead and call the Secret Service and then end up on their list of "internet wackjobs". This is not a valid, reasonable threat and would only take an agent from real work that he might need to be doing.
