Hi,
I'm running a small wireless network (6 to 10 users) on a Lynksys WRT54G with tomato firmware sharing an internet connection. I don't want the users to download files with bittorrent (mainly used) and other p2p apps.

I've tried two different Linksys routers with Tomato firmware, no difference.

I'd say you're a way off being able to configure this properly - far easier to deal with this as a layer-8 problem... .
Even ISA Server can't do that.
As far as I know, Windows Server 2003 doesn't have any ability to load-balance two Internet connections .
