Afraid that the entire Firered/Leafgreen forum was dead, I made this interesting Topic.
Anyway, my favorite would be Island 7, because it has the Battle Tower which tests your teams skills and it has the interesting Chambers with the Unown.

Island 4 cause it was where Lorelei lived & it had a Ice Cavern of sorts.. .
I like Island 7 the best; I've done so much training against the cooltrainers near the Chansey house it's ridiculous .

Opinion on them? Personally found them to be pretty good post game activities. A couple of my favourite moments were the Unknown puzzle, Rocket Warehouse and Moltres being found on Island 1. Pokemon White FC- Jonty-> 0303 | 9135 | 1503

My favorites are Silph Co., Team Rocket places, and the music played when you're NOT on the Island part of the Sevii Islands 5-7(Water Path, Sevault Canyon, etc.)
