I've been ignoring this problem for a while, but it bugs me and I'd like to figure out what is going on.
My G4 733 that for years has shown up and worked on my other computers as Shared in the side bar and allowed screen sharing has decided to start behaving...

Oddly, I can went - at least in the short time since... .
Sometimes it works it functions fine as a fileserver, and then disappears when I try to use screen sharing.
In the side bar and allowed screen sharing has decided to start behaving oddly.

How to view an users public list of sharing in torrent?
For example if particular user is sharing x.pdf and he might also would share other pdf. How to get those list and dowload?

The tracker can possibly tell you which files are....
Torrents are controlled by trackers.
The torrent protocol does not allow for this.
Bit torrent doesn't work like other P2P networks where you can browse shared folders of other users.
You can't.

I enabled file sharing and in options SNB sharing on my Mac but still none of the computers in my local area network can reach it. They can ping the computer and can ssh but only sharing doesn't work. any ideas ?

I'm running Snow Leopard and I'm sharing my Verizon connection via my Mac's built-in AirPort. Is there any way for me to identify who/what is using my shared connection?

EDIT : Question asked is actually referring to Internet Sharing using a Mac.
Such as KisMAC or iStumbler.

The Internet Sharing feature in Mac OS X (available at the "sharing" System Preferences panel) seems to be somewhat limited, it does not have the ability to use WPA when sharing through AirPort for instance.

Tick on airport in internet connection sharing is not really up to long term use.
