You may need a little higher on the shutter....
I generally am shooting football (as close as I get to soccer) at about 1/500, ISO 12800, f/4.
You SHOULD be able to shoot at f/4 if you raise your ISO.
To 3.1 is going to improve sharpness.

I guess the underdog won and in celebration they threw rocks at the losing team/fans and security. Which somehow ended up with 73 people being killed...because of a game.

I'm not sure which club is the best.
But I do know that Charlotte soccer is so much better than Winston-Salem/Greensboro and the Raleigh area. They cant hold a candle to Charlotte.
