I have gotten the feel of the console shooter, holding a remote in my hand. I get higher than 1KDR easy but at PC games, lets just say its usually under .5 XD looking for what you guys prefer

I would say the pc since im already used to it .

Which one of these would fit a top down shooter better?

2 points is only 61 inches.
But various other rules and field elements if you want to do a 3 shooter, then yes you need a shooter.
There are no rules saying you HAVE TO use a shooter.
