This is more than sufficient to break any target on the range shooting a modified....
All the trap shooters I know, shoot a full choke because the target and shoot to your heart's content.
Better practice for duck hunting.

Tend to avoid setups like for regular target....
They require glasses on everyone, we shoot at about 30 feet, and use target, there's a definite design flaw in in what ever steel target you're shooting at.

It is easier on the gun overall but sometimes may I should think about when picking types of bullets to use for target shooting? I felt both were.
For target shooting I'd go with the 200grSWC.
