Technically it may not be a shrub, but whilst out walking my partner and I often see/smell it, and neither of us know what it is. It's a tree/bush/shrub, lots of small white flowers and smells really strong at the moment. Any ideas?

It is not Fatshedera or Fatsia Japonica as I have .
I bought it, the shrub did not have any leaves at all.
Sorry... I don't have a photo. But I've been seeing it at two houses on my commute. The flowers remind me of either Petunias or Morning Glories. At first I thought it was just morning glories growing over a shrub, but the flowers are there in the afternoon...

Cheryl and if there is a large clump of them they could look like a shrub from a passing car.
But the leaves just don't look like this shrub.

Maybe Daphne odora with small pinky a strong scent.

Many park owners will have in their Express Terms that you request permission to plant a tree or shrub - any plant that is going to grow to a large size. Don't take this as yet another petty Park Rule. There is a reason behind this and could save an embarassing...
