My 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis has 132,000 miles on it. Yesterday, out of the blue, the left turn signals began blinking very rapidly. The right turn signals blinks at the normal speed. I thought either the front or rear blinker bulb would be burned out...

I replaced it and the left-side turn signals now blink at normal speed.
It is a Sylvania 3157K/3157LL.
Side of the car was burned out.

I have a 2000 F150 and when I lower the tilt wheel the turn signals stop working.
When the tilt wheel is up the turn signals will blink as normal, as you lower the tilt wheel the turn signals stop working.
Any Ideas?

So for several minutes then re-assemble....
In one case I had just the right rear turn signal lamp not working.
They will also cause the hazards to not work.
This caused fast blinking, intermittent or non-functioning turn signals.

I have already made the side indicators as well as the front turn signals bright white and got rid of the yellow...Is their anyway to change out the tail-light(s) turn signals to white instead of yellow? I bought the same size bulb and it would not work...

If the signals come on but don't blink, you may have a bad in your main harness and....
I am guessing the flasher activates with the turn switch.
Lights, However when i turn on the switch the signal stays "ON" but doesn't blink.

Some vehicles have separate relays for turn signal, hazard and flashers.
#2 - I'd say check the turn signal switch and connections in the steering column and under the dash.
Use the same fuse.

I was thinking about the undermount integrated tail light for the front .
You can buy replacement tail light with integrated turn signals and get rid of all the excess crap some slighty smaller turn signals for mine.

Installing Side Mirrors w/ Turn Signals Has anyone installed the mirrors with the turn signals? Or does anyone know if doors are prewired for them? The dealership near me is useless!

The CX-9 has led turn signals at the sideview mirror covers.
It is not difficult at all, just splice the turn signal wire behind the mirror to the new mirrors.
