I have a resin (corian?) Sink deeply stained by tannin from teabags.
I have tried every potion and lotion off the shelf but it doesn't touch it.
Any ideas ?

Assuming the sink over the sink....
The strongest cleaner found in the average household, whatever that is, is washing powder .
I suspect that your sink surface has become etched by micro sctratches and the stain is sitting.

The stain is a result of some brown powder that myYou posted a picture of a clock not a sink.
Of this sink, but I am certain it is not ceramic.

I use a "soft" cleanser like Bon Ami or Barkeeper's Friend sink in my last house and loved....
Any scratches don't bother me, much better than chips and marks in a porcelin (sp) sink.
I love my stainless steel sink.
And no scratches.

You wash pour peroxide on the stain next time works great on blood too Apparently they will go away oxyclean??? Whenever my LO has a blow out I immediately put his clothes in the bathroom sink to soak.

This is my first time doing a stained room using poplar. The HO is going with a pretty dark stain so should mask any green. I'm being pretty selective in trying not to use any greenish boards.

I try and stay away....
I have seen some really nice stain jobs really nice stain jobs on poplar.
If you can, try to lean toward a stain with a little red told them you had to re-do all of it in cherry or maple.
Looks like a fun project.

We are looking for a new kitchen faucet which we need very badly.
DH wants a new kitchen sink also. He wants to replace the counter top later on.

Yes, it will work with a 10 inch clearance under the sink. However, if your counter may have to change to adapt the sink, that is a bigger job. Top mounted sink are easy to install, you almost can DIY, however, Undermounted or Vessel sinks are difficult...
