Heading to SD Feb.2-9 and am contemplating taking along some slalom gear. Any sessions slated or anyone interested in showing a Canuck skater what the local slalom/DH scene is all about?

Between FR1s and GTs, both are fine for slalom, and if you prefer how serious you are with slalom and what....
Nothing wrong with using the GT boot for slalom, and the GTX comes with 243mm frames so you wouldn't have to worry about that.

Yes, I know it is only January, but when does the schedule typically get set?
I'm already having to make some commitments for travel and summer vacations, and obviously I would like to try to avoid conflicts with Slalom weekends if possible.

We've already had one extra slalom event in down south, so we could miss this one and just wait for the last slalom even at Stanley? The 'rolling weekend' and 'pick the best ....

And by "you guys" I mean experienced....
But I think that's still good.
Also many other brands that are close to slalom were present, but once again, not with slalom specific ads.
Seismic certainly was there, but maybe not with a slalom ad.
