I'm looking for a spanish immersion program that would also allow an 11 yr. old to participate. Has anyone found a family based immersion program? This could be in the states or out. Goal is to be somewhat fluent by the end of the course. Thanks

Laura, Last summer, my wife and two boys ages 10 & 11 attended the Christian Spanish ....
Laura, your 11-year-old cannot be fluent in spanish by the end of any course, no matter what anyone in learning spanish and other languages...

I am currently conversational in it.
Again, YMMV.
People report being conversattional, even fluent within months.
Esperanto was designed to be easy to learn, with an entirely phonetic alphabet, and fixed rules of grammar .

The way I do it is that I take my Spanish class during school hours like learning Spanish and Chinese....
I'm currently learning Spanish as separate as possible.
Require years I think it is possible, depending on how smart you are.
