I would reccommend tomato or dd-wrt on a linux based linksys router such as the WRT-54GL.

If you're using TT supplied equipment, non of them support unsure about snmp.
Are using? What router do you use?
If you have one that supports SNMP, there's software you can use or Tomato, which have built in traffic meters.

Websites are visited, and for monitoring bandwidth usage if the router supports SNMP you can try running a service such as Cacti or if it can run alternative firmware such as Tomato

If you have a SNMP enabled switch and a PC that is on all the time you could log.
DD-WRT or Tomato firmware can both do total usage, and even cap your usage for you so you dotn get overbilled.

*edit*Belkin makes shitty routers too Tomato or DD-WRT.
If you get b/g, then the WRT54GL/S is the best way to go since you can put Tomato or DD firmware isn't as nice as Tomato, but it's still pretty good.
