A member of our family snores very loudly.
So ... have any of you found any-thing that works to curb snoring?
We have had to resort to wearing foam ear plugs at night and moving to the opposite end of the house.

I use a snore guard (and have for a few years now) available and practice for you to strengthen those muscles.
Such as sinus issues that cause snoring.
