The U.S. Military offers 100% Socialized Medicine. Why is this such a threat to the rest of the population? i.e. Whether a General, or an enlisted man becomes ill or injured, they are given exactly the same medical treatment.

I've heard countries (Canada/various European countries) have socialized health care that provides better health outcomes at a cheaper cost than our system in the US.

All socialized medecine does is lowering the standarts of the quality of care you receive... My mother just went through a major operation on January 9th... She still has to see her surgeon who was supposed to meet with her last Friday, then yesterday...
