So i got my first professional install from Worstbuy. They sold me this fierce audio 4awg nickel plated wire kit for over $100. I upgraded to Fosgate 1awg solid copper kit for $60 online. Is nickel plated better than solid copper?

I'm not positive be solid, stranded, copper, oxygen free copper, silver, etc.--or even "magic" wire--as long for the 0awg wire to connnect....
The solid copper is better, besides, you upgraded to wire that is 2x as big...

Notice that mastercam sometimes gets confused and gives a warning about not deleting wire frame that use to be associated to a solid but no longer is. anyone got any good advice on solids and mastercam?

You can also use Hide and Unhide.
No reason to delete them.
Put your supporting geometry on layers that you can turn off when you do not want to see them .
Use different layers.

They should.
If it's an HP cartridge, contact HP.

The 4 wire 240v protocol(NEMA 14-**) is the current code make if we all....
Why does 120v get a separate neutral and ground but not 240v? That is why the old 3 wire 240v' a neutral.Similar reasoning for 120v 2 wire receptacles.
Does anyone know what kind of wire to use with the iPac, braided or solid. Or does the type of wire not matter?

You do not have to pull curves in mastercam to cut solid you can use the solid edges or faces for example.
