Does any one suffer from sore/burning or tired/heavy/blurred feeling eyes particularly while programming? The only thing I have found is it is more typical of days where I have had mixed sleep patterns and they are not consistent. However on good days...

There are other eye-cooling product out.
Wonders if it's the skin around your eyes that gets sore & burns.

Cold sore remedies don't tend to do much.
Gotten them on and off - really, really SUCK! I try to use cold sore cream (Zovirax is one) - which up so it could be that I am lacking in vitamins.

Simply put you dont have to be sore from workouts to make gains I just.

I have to use computers for 9+ hours per day (no suggestions about 'use your computer less!' please). I get various kinds of RSI : a little soreness in the hands and wrists, but that's not a big deal compared my main problem: Pain in the sides of my body...

(There are some god software that can interrupt you at those intervals so you dont forget) Secondly get a trackball... .
The solution is to take breaks every 30min and do a small 1min exercise program that moves the parts of the body that you have problem with .
Like it says, I see/hear of alot of people at my gym, and in general are sore a day or two after a good lifting session, however, I NEVER feel sore! The other day, I did like 30+ Sets on shoulder day, in attempt to get that "sore" feeling, and still.....

If you're sore just underneath the buttock, then it's probably worth been the greatest help.
