Cold Sore vs. Canker Sores? Could anyone help explain the difference between them. I know that a cold sore is a type of herpes so one of my questions is can anyone get cold sores at any age even if you have not had sex?

Sharing chap stick is another way to get them.
Yes, because many many many people have cold sores, so a lot of times kids will pick up the virus from their parents or relatives or even babysitters.

Does any one suffer from sore/burning or tired/heavy/blurred feeling eyes particularly while programming?
The only thing I have found is it is more typical of days where I have had mixed sleep patterns and they are not consistent. However on good days...

My 17 year old cat has sores on the bottom of her back legs & a sore on her right bottom leg what can I do? She has never seen a vet in her life. She was in the care of an ex and he neglected her for a month, she was stressed, starved and not given access...

A good, compassionate vet will be gentle with your cat and have a calming manner to help... .
Ask cat owning friends or a local cat shelter which vet they would recommend .
She's an old lady and really needs to see a vet for a proper diagnosis and treatment .

I have to use computers for 9+ hours per day (no suggestions about 'use your computer less!' please).

The solution is to take breaks every 30min and do a small 1min exercise program that moves the parts of the body that you have problem with .

Stupid question coming up.. But should i not feel sore after a run or at least the next day? I never get sore now which makes me wonder if I'm not pushing myself enough?

Everytime i do biceps i never am sore the next day, but when i do triceps they are always sore. What do i need to do to make sure i get sore, Do i lift harder or just wait a little bit like put biceps last in my plan?
